A Texas wildlife ranch is set to get an overhaul that includes more trees, fewer cars and fewer cars in its parking lot.
The Big Bend Ranch in New Braunfels, Texas, is one of the largest in the state and home to a variety of wildlife.
It is also a major attraction for those who love to hunt.
The ranch is home to more than 100,000 deer and bears.
It also has about 2,200 acres of private land.
But that has changed.
A recent environmental review for the ranch was criticized for putting too many cars in the parking lot and not doing enough to protect the animals.
“There’s no doubt in my mind that we’re going to be able to do a lot better than we are right now,” said Scott Brown, an attorney for the Big Bend National Wildlife Refuge.
“We’re going the right way.”
The project will begin this fall with the addition of a new lot with more trees and a new sign at the entrance that says, “No More Cars in the Parking Lot.”
The sign will be installed in the fall and will also read “NO MORE CARS IN THE PARKING LOT.”
This year the project will have more than 1,000 trees, about 20 vehicles and about 3,000 animals.
Some of the new signs will be put on the exterior of the building.
“The project is going to improve the quality of life for the people of Big Bend, especially in our winter months,” said Mike Staggs, executive director of the Big Bang Ranch.
He said there have been a number of problems with cars parking in the lot, including some drivers getting in and out without permission.
“You’re talking about people that could have gotten in and gotten out and not gotten caught,” Stagg said.
The new signs and tree removal will also include a “car wash” on the lot.
That will clean the lot and provide cleaner air for the animals, Stagg added.
Brown said the project has the backing of the Texas Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Big Valley Humane Society.
The organization will work with Brown to get the project approved.
“If you’re looking for a place to park a car and then it’s time to leave, that’s not going to work,” Staggers said.
“It’s just not going be going to happen.”
Brown said he plans to have the new sign posted around the lot by the end of the fall.
